Littleartur wants you to love your piece! If you are unhappy with your purchase you may get a refund upon our reciept of your item (in original condition). This does not apply if it is a custom item, if the item is returned damaged or if it is a sale item. You must contact us within 7 days of your purchase if you wish to return it for a refund. We will not pay the cost of return postage & will refund only on item cost not for the original postage you paid.

To return an order

Access your order history from your account.

Select the order containing the product you want to return.

Select the product (s) you want to return by ticking the box next to their name (s).

(Optional) Add an explanation, so that we can understand why the order is returned.

Once the form has been filled in, click on "Make a product return", in order to send your request.


Exchanges can be made within 14 business days of receiving the goods. We can exchange for other items or a credit note of the same value minus the postage cost. We do not do exchanges on custom or sale items.

To exchange or refund item/s:

1. If you wish to exchange, please contact Wilderness through our Customer Service form within the required time. State your reason for exchange or refund - what you wish to exchange for - & agree that you will return your item in its original condition.

2. The item's are to be returned to Wilderness, if in its original condition, & within 14 days of receiving the item/s.

4. We do not offer exchanges,credits, returns or refunds on sale or custom made items.

5. If you choose a credit voucher, We will email this to you once we have received the returned goods. It will be valid for 12 months. Please request this when emailing us for a return.

6. If you are returning an item for a refund, this refund will be made once the item is received in its original condition. Refunds are on item cost only & Wilderness will not pay the return postage. We will email you to advise you the refund has been made.

Export Restrictions/Customs

All taxes & duties including customs & impost taxes are the customers reposibility & may be a government requirement of import. Littleartur has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges.


Littleartur will not take any responsibility for any damaged good or breakages after the order has been delivered in good condition. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left us or due to any circumstances beyond our control.
